Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you want to forward messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
