1. Service Agreement

Dragon Web Hosting provides web hosting services to clients worldwide. By creating an account, you agree to comply with our policies and the policies of our upstream provider (ResellersPanel). We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to any account that violates these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• No illegal content, including copyrighted material without permission.
• No spam, bulk email, or unsolicited marketing.
• No phishing sites, malware distribution, or hacking tools.
• No crypto-mining scripts on Shared or Semi-Dedicated servers.

3. Payments & Refunds

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Shared and Semi-Dedicated hosting plans. Dedicated Servers and VPS plans are non-refundable unless there is a proven hardware failure.

4. Backups and Data Loss

While we maintain daily off-site backups for Shared plans, the client is ultimately responsible for their own data. Dragon Web Hosting is not liable for data loss caused by user error, script failure, or catastrophic hardware failure beyond our control.
