Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Dragon Web Hosting services to publish, distribute, or store:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We report all instances to the NCMEC.
• Phishing sites, scam pages, or fraudulent financial schemes.
• Malware, viruses, botnets, or command-and-control scripts.
• Copyrighted material without explicit permission (DMCA violations).
• Terrorist content or threats of violence.

2. Resource Abuse

Shared and Semi-Dedicated accounts must not impact the stability of the server. The following are prohibited:

• Crypto-mining scripts (e.g., Bitcoin miners).
• Running public game servers (Minecraft, CS:GO) on Shared plans.
• Running high-volume web spiders or indexers.
• Using the account solely for file storage/archiving (not backing a website).

3. Email & Spam (Zero Tolerance)

Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) is strictly prohibited. Your account will be terminated if your IP is blacklisted due to spamming activities. All mailing lists must be Double Opt-In.

4. Network Abuse

Any attempt to disrupt other networks, perform DDoS attacks, port scanning, or IP spoofing will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
